Our client is a leading mortgage broker looking to build on its success to date in the UK market following a rebrand and site migration. They wanted to enhance their online visibility and boost their clicks from organic search.
Our solution
We carried out a thorough audit of all existing content and pages on their site and used this to develop a fully researched content strategy.
We produced over 50 pieces of new content from this plan to update existing landing pages and create new pages. All new content was fully keyword-optimised and focused on delivering business value and visibility.
We also identified technical search performance issues through an in-depth audit process. This led to a prioritised action plan to mitigate and solve these issues, which included a backlink audit, disavow lists, ongoing hygiene tasks, monitoring and regular testing and optimisations.
To further improve visibility, we employed a newsjacking strategy to drive highly visible press mentions and gain quality links to our client's site. We delivered 98 pieces of press coverage and 41 backlinks from trusted publications, including The Times, The Telegraph, The Daily Mail, The Metro, Forbes, The Guardian and The Express.
